When you receive a phone call from a real estate salesperson and they ask you if you are thinking of selling your house you often think "oh here we go again" but not in this case. Maree Allen did what she said she was going to do and often more. From visiting us at home doing an appraisal, through the listing process and the sale process, Maree never took the foot off the pedal. We were impressed that Maree worked hard on the selling end of the sale and at no time did we not know what was happening. Her feedback and ideas for enhancing the sale of the property were first class. We found Maree very good to deal with, she was always punctual when we had appointments for the open homes and when showing prospective clients through our home.
